Description of Work: This was a septic tank inspection. My county requires inspection every 3 years. They arrived on time and got right to work. I had partially dug out the access cap, which was 2 feet deep, but did not know where the second one was. They quickly located and dug out. They took their measurements and luckily the tank was working and needed no pumping. They discovered the last people who had inspected had incorrectly described it as having two chambers..it doesn't. They corrected this with the county and I'm set for another 3 years. Easy to work with and very professional. Will call again if any septic issues do come up.

Description of Work: I had used some other septic company in the past, with bad results, only to have to call Tee-Dee septic to fix everything. I again used Tee-Dee recently with great results. They went over and above to fit me into their busy schedule. They arrived on schedule, did a great job. They answered all my questions. Tee-Dee will always be the only septic company I will use now and in the future.

Description of Work: The county requires an inspection of septic tanks every 3 yrs. I called this company because it was on the list of accredited providers sent out by the county. I was very satisfied with them and will probably use them for the next required inspection.

+ -1 moreThis is the second time I have used Ted-Dee Bear and they are just outstanding. Work ethic, very personable and knowledgeable. Will never use anyone else!! The inspected the septic and I was glad to hear it didn't need to be pumped. He cleaned the filter and inspected all other areas of the drainfield/drains. The appt time was btw 8-10. He was punctual at 9. Very kind and curteous!
