 + -1 moreSunset carpet cleaning was hired to clean our rental home. Being out of town, we rely on the professionalism of our contractors. It was not until we saw photos that we discovered the job was incomplete. The owner did promise to come back by to treat the areas still in question. We notified our current tenants of the set appointment time frame confirmed with the owner and they never showed up. In addition, we also did not receive a phone call letting us know they couldn't make it. This is after having to pursue him daily to return our call to get the fix scheduled.

He went out of his way at the end of his work day to accommodate my cleaning needs. He was very professional and friendly. His price was quite reasonable for the services performed.
