Les was wonderful about calling me back and even though what we need isn't something he'll be assisting us with, he was wonderful in taking the time to discuss different options with me, talk about who to contact and how to approach what we need. He was very friendly and professional. We'll definitely contact him in the future if we have engineering needs.

Les provided professional drawings for our simple new home construction at promised time and under budget. He was $1000 less than other estimates for same service. He did not try to sell us on something we did not need. He took time to review plans with us and answered our questions. He also offered to answer any future questions we may have. We were very satisfied with his service. Would definitely use Les Petit and Structural Concepts again.

Les, was very precise about the structural requirements for our new house in order to meet safety requirements and building code for our seismic zone (D). He was very thorough, punctual and answered all our questions in an easy to understand manner. When the county building permit office had some additional requirements, he met those without any problems (though he charged for the extra work). He did charge hourly and billed for every single hour (no freebies) and also charged separately for the CAD files for our project. Other than being a stickler for charging for his time, he was extremely knowledgeable about building practices, easy to reach by phone, and provided very well made CAD drawings for our project.
