Description of Work: They recoated an old porcelin tub. They were on time, warned of us the smell and time involved accurately. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Reuben refinished our fiberglass hall bath/shower combo. We did a complete remodel on the bathroom, and contemplated ripping out the old bath/shower insert, but determined it would 1. be too costly & a major pain 2. the only thing we would replace it with would be tile, and we thought it was overkill to put a completely tiled walk-in shower in a kids hall bath. We decided to keep the existing tub/shower for future value if/when we sold. The reason we didn't put in a new tub/shower combo is you can't get anything thru the doorway of an existing home except an insert that comes in 3 pieces. We didn't like the idea, so chose to refinish. Reuben is a sweetheart and very professional. The guys came in and really took their time cleaning up the old tub first, and it was 20 years of dirt and grime that had built up, so they had their job cut out. We went with a Biscuit color to match our new sinks & toilet. They knew the conversion color. It looked beautiful & brand new. The smell was strong for a couple of days. I will admit, there is a slight sand paper feel (however very fine) when you run your hands across certain areas. I'm not sure if its where they missed something or what, but you can't see it, only feel it. Not a big deal. We've had no issues with any bubbling that a couple people have mentioned. They were a fantastic company to work with!

Description of Work: VERY GOOD WORK AND VERY RESPONSIVE TO ME. I WAS SLIGHTLY CONCERNED ABOUT ONE AREA AND WHEN I CALLED, THEY IMMEDIATELY CAME AND MADE IT TO MY SATISFACTION.
