They were professional and on time.

The contractor arrived within an hour of the quoted time. He then spent a total of 15 minutes fixing the problem which turned out to be a loose wire on the track lighting assembly. His fix involved jiggling the connection until it worked without actually disassembling the unit to properly rewire it. He then generated a bill for $180.00. When I suggested that his services were a little over priced @ $720.00 an hour he began describing same day service fees and travel fees on top of his general hourly service fee. I then asked him why he'd fail to mention these extra charges he said Because I hadn't asked . I've used Tice Electric in the past (not available the day I unfortunately hired Spark) and they were up front about all their charges and a 45 minute visit to rewire an outdoor GFCI outlet for a hot tub was only $90. Beware of Spark!

The work was great, done on time, & within the quoted amount. I was disappointed that Victor took no notes during our face-to-face meeting which required him to call me while I was at work 6 times to ask me the same questions he asked in our meeting.

INVOICE #21678 WE WERE PLEASED TO GET A QUICK RESPONSE ON A SATURDAY, DESPITE THE FACT THAT OUR REQUEST WAS KIND OF NUTS. HE CHECKED OUT THE OUTLETS, AND CHECKED THE GROUNDING AND CIRCUIT BREAKER BOX.
