Description of Work: The person who came to our house went above and beyond - it was late Sunday afternoon and he wasn't going to leave until he figured out why we didn't have TV reception. After crawling around in the attic he discovered some wires that needed to be replaced - he took care of that and it fixed the problem. This was a while ago and I don't remember the exact date or the cost - but we do remember that it was reasonable and he was thorough. We'd definitely call them again.

+ -1 moreWe were disappointed with our cable/internet provider and decided to switch to satellite. Todd was prompt and professional. After the installation, he took time to explain how the satellite worked and also gave us instructions for using the remote control. While he was here we asked him about internet service. We ended up getting CLEAR internet service as well. We are pleased with the installation and service Silver Star provided.
Description of Work: DISH satellite was installed to replace our cable service.
