+ 1 moreThey do the commercial property. They do homes as well. I pay him $450 a month and he goes every other week.
Description of Work: He cuts the grass, he edges the grass. If I give him the fertilizer, he puts the fertilizer down. He does pruning, raking, weeding, spray weeds, spray weeds, sprays weeds. In the fall, starting in September going through January there’s leaves to be raked, leaves to be raked. I mean there are about 12 huge Maple trees, I’m talking 80 feet tall and they’re full of leaves. This is my big project and he rakes them by hand at no extra cost.

+ -1 moreDon't remember details well at this point, but he scheduled me quickly then moved me up on the schedule when the opportunity arose, which pleased me as I was trying to get things cleaned up before guests arrived. He paid proper attention to small plantings that I was trying to protect from weed eaters, a perennial problem when hiring someone for yard work. Made a number of good suggestions for how to handle certain issues in our large and untamed yard/garden area.

+ -1 moreSalvador is very thorough and goes above and beyond what is expected. I can honestly say he is great at his profession and a very nice guy on top of it, and will do whatever is necessary to meet expectations.
Description of Work: Salvador performs general yard maintenance on our property and has done so for a while, and he does a great job.
