Description of Work: Our experience with Jay at S&B plumbing went from ok, to bad to absolutely terrible. He repeatedly ordered incorrect parts, installed 2 of 3 toilet flush handles backwards, installed a totally different faucet and spout than we ordered and then told us that he would do nothing about it because we approved the job. I guess that's what you get for trusting Jay to install what you ask for, correctly.

 + -1 moreok when there. Frequently brought wrong parts so we have been trying to complete a basic job for 3 months now. We certainly created one delay of 2 weeks as we took time to decide on additional fixtures but we are very frustrated with the delayed response to calls, txts, emails and scheduling. Also, we were asked to pay a bill that wasn't ours. When I let them know this no one apologized for the "hurry up and pay email" I received.

 + -1 moreThe p-trap under our master bathroom sink detached from the wall, and we didn't find the leak for three days! That means three days of dumping water out of the sink and into our vanity (and wall, and ceiling of the dining room...). We wanted the pipe to be fixed FAST and professionally, so rather than run to a home improvement store, we called S&B. They had a plumber on site within two hours, and the repair was finished within 20 minutes. The new work is six times the quality of the old. I couldn't be happier, even if we technically could have handled the repair ourselves.
