+ -1 moreThey company sent out two workmen. They were on time. They sanded the floors, and filled in a bit of the areas we hoped for. It took several days to complete. They did not move the furniture, we did. And we basically had to be out of our house because of the smell. We ended up for quite a bit of dust particles under the sealant and most of the places we hoped they would be refilled in, were not done. We did ask the company to come back out and make the repairs, however, they did not respond back to us.
Description of Work: We had RS Floors come in to fill in cracks in our hardwood floors, fill in between the spaces of the boards and refinish the floors in our dining room and living room.

+ -1 moreGREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY CAME RIGHT IN AND DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB. RAN INTO A NUMBER OF SMALL SNAGS AND HANDLED THE ISSUES EXPERTLY. REQUIRED SOME ADDITIONAL WORK AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THE WORK AS THEY UNDERSTOOD THAT IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE PRIOR TO THE JOB.
Description of Work: TEAR OUT, REMOVE AND REPLACE BOTH CARPET AND VINYL FLOORS. INCLUDED IN THE PROCESS WAS THE REMOVAL OF TOILETS AS REQUIRED AND THE REBUILD OF THE FLOOR UNDERLAY IN THE KITCHEN.
