+ -1 moreThey provided a detailed bid in writing (emailed to us after looking at our property). On the day of the job, the crew was friendly and seemed to be very safety conscious. They were also considerate of our property -- without our asking, they put a protective cover (cardboard, I think) on top of our wet grass where they had to walk across it. The work they did was good; just as expected. Clean up was also good; they very neatly stacked the wood from the trees they had felled, and removed all other debris. I would definitely hire them again.
Description of Work: Removed several large trees in side yard and backyard. Also removed stumps.

Description of Work: Rett Roscoe cleaned out all the dead wood 40 to 60 feet up in my old growth cedar trees and cleaned out all the overgrown ivy below. Laid down a thick layer of all the cedar chips from the trees throughout the ground area to smother the ivy, preventing it from growing back. The area was landscaped beautifully, like a park like setting in a Cedar Redwood forest. I have been complimented multiple times by friends and neighbors. This work accentuates the enormous shape and trunks of the cedar trees and adds such beauty to my property, He also cut up cedar wood from the trees which will season and make great firewood next winter.

+ -1 moreWe have been very pleased with the work done by Roscoe Brothers. We deal exclusively with Lloyd and he is a professional in every way. When we need an opinion or an estimate - Lloyd is prompt and responsive to our calls. He will come by and give you a written estimate and then stick to the estimate. When the crew is here they are professional and courteous. We have recommended them to friends and family and we will continue to do so.
Description of Work: We have a privacy row of mature leyland cypress trees and we have had Roscoe Brothers trim them for us on three occasions. The last two visits we have had major trimming to include reducing the overall height of the trees. They also remove all trimmings and clean up the work area.

+ -1 moreI have used this compay several times and they are very professional. Each time work was done we had Rhett. They come in and do the job and clean everything up. Rhett works with them making sure everything is done. Would hire them again.

+ -1 moreWe live on the side of a hill and the trees are difficult to reach. The crew came out in the freezing rain/sleet and worked all day to complete the job. They were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job and the clean-up, both in our yard and our driveway where they chipped the trees, were perfect. We will definitely have them back in a few years to re-trim these trees when these start to grow up again.

They showed on time the morning of the appointment and did an excellent job in lowering the limbs as they cut them to avoid hitting an adjacent wooden fence. The workers were very professional and left the site in good order. I will be using them again in the near future for additional tree removal.

+ -1 moreThey did an amazing job. They use cables and climb the trees and cut them down branch by branch with workers below keeping things safe. They have a branch shredder right there and keep things cleaned up as they go along. Once they finished - other than the trees being gone and one trimmed - you wouldn't even know they were they. They were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them. Their work cost almost 1/2 of two other quotes we did - and they were kinder as well.

+ -1 moreOur previous arborist retired. Roscoe Brothers were recommended by a local nursery. When we contacted them, they set a date to come and discuss what we wanted done. They were on time. We walked around our property together discussing what needed to be done. We were given an itemized written estimate that day. We chose which items we could afford to do at that time. They set a date, came, and did the work. We were very pleased with the quality of work and have continued to use them.
Description of Work: Roscoe Brothers have done all of our tree work for the past six or seven years. We have them twice a year for pruning fruit trees, maintenance and for occasionally removing a tree. They do excellent work. Things are done promptly and neatly. They always clean up after themselves. They are an extremely professional company.

Description of Work: They came over and chipped up a lot of branches that we had cut up and were in a big pile. Even though we weren't home when they came, they handled the job great and cleaned up after themselves.
