 + -1 moreOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE OVER THE YEARS HAS BEEN GREAT. THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE. WE HAVE BOUGHT LOTS OF EQUIPMENT TO FIX OUR POOL AND WE HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH IT.
Description of Work: WE HAVE BOUGHT PRODUCTS AND EQUIPMENT FROM THEM FOR YEARS. WE LIKE THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE.

 + -1 moreTHEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALSO EXCELLENT! THEY DON'T HASSLE YOU BUT LET YOU BROWSE AND PICK OUT EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT. THEY MAKE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. WE LOVE OUR HOT TUB!
Description of Work: WE PURCHASED AND HAD THEM DELIVER A NEW HOT TUB AND THE SURROUNDING BAR TO OUR HOME, SET IT UP AND PREPARE IT FOR USE.

 + -1 moreBUYING A HOT TUB FOR THE FIRST TIME, RICKY POOLS PROVIDED GREAT SALES ADVICE TO FIT OUR NEEDS AND LIFESTYLE. THEY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED IT DURING THE WINTER MONTHS SO WE COULD ENJOY IT DURING THE HOLIDAYS. THEY WERE GREAT TO DEAL WITH.
