Robert quickly followed up on my work request and provided an accurate estimate for my quartz kitchen counter top repair. Logan did the repair and was very attentive to my satisfaction with the work along the way. When a final epoxy color that I originally thought would be a good match didn't blend the seam and counter top ideally, Logan sensed that I would not be completely happy and quickly offered to redo the epoxy with a shade darker based on his judgment. I couldn't be happier with the final results and am a completely satisfied customer. I would definitely call on Revivify again for any surface repair needs in the future.

Robert was able to come to my home to provide an estimate the day following my first call and was able to schedule the work within the following week. Logan came this morning to perform the work and has done what looks to be a fine job of cleaning, repairing and sealing the granite countertop of my outdoor kitchen.

Robert and his assistant, Logan, were terrific to work with. They arrived on time, put in a long day and had to return to finish the job. They repaired three areas of limestone in my home and all were done to my satisfaction. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Robert responded to our initial inquiry promptly. He came out, assessed the project and gave us a very reasonable bid. Two projects were done in our master bathroom. The marble countertop was refinished and then all the tile and grout in the shower and the floor were cleaned and color sealed. The caulking was also redone. The bathroom looks brand new. The work was all done by Logan who was careful and meticulous in everything he did. We are thrilled!

They were responsive and prompt. My granite countertops in bathrooms sparkle and shine now that they’ve been cleaned and sealed. No more dull spots or waterspots. For a small additional charge he recaulked between the backsplash and countertops. Beautiful job!

Robert is detail-oriented and aims to get things done right. He and his assistant did an excellent job of cleaning lots of grout and tile in our home. He communicates in a timely fashion via, phone, text and e-mail. He also gave us recommendations re: products that would help keep the tile and grout in good (and clean) condition after their work was done. We are very happy with the work done and would not hesitate to recommend Revivify. They even came over to the coast!

The service was prompt and courteous but the quality of work was very poor.all that had to be done was one cut in the quartz to enlarge the opening .the finished cut was far from straight.if I knew it would that bad I would have done it myself and saved hundreds of dollars.

Everyone I dealt with were courteous and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied.

Wife (who is blind)was disappointed that the contractor had probably an oversight (or more likely, the young apprentice was not aware that we were advised (numerous plumbers have advised us that it is a B A D idea to dump " old caulking/debris clean out" should NOT be dumped into the toilet and hence the sewer system" and therefor she was obliged to clean it out from sticking to the porclean finish inside the toilet finish. Perhaps someone should make it a priority to check with the plumbing industry/representative should confirm the rule/regulation for confirmation. If all else doesn't work , let the owners know if they should furnish a tub(such as teachers heavy-duty plastic tubs---in various colors or it would be a minor issue if the contractor had one more item to furnish with their equipment that they bring to the job site. Other than that minor complaint we were very satisfied with the kind of service and quality plus the friendly service that Robert and his apprentice provided while visiting our home. Robert is very personable and took great care with our project. Even though our job was a smaller one, I felt like we got a good value for the skill and time taken to do the job right. One thing that was a pleasant surprise was being able to use text messaging to communicate and getting prompt responses. I know pros can get overwhelmed with the amount of communication coming into their phones so I was impressed he could reply promptly, send his quote when promised, and showing up to the job on time. I'd definitely use these guys again!

We had a tile and grout project where they removed old grout, cleaned the entire shower and resealed everything. Very pleased.

My contact person was always available and honest with me. The only reason it wasn’t 5 stars is because he didn’t prepare me for the old granite out mess that it causes. I had lots of cleanup in every drawer in my kitchen. But I’m so glad I did it - beautiful!

They cam out, assessed the granite and determined that it was a natural marking in the stone. There wa no charge.

Prompt, courteous, clean up done as expected. Both the estimating and the servicing were well done and explained.

Even though my project was less than what they usually do, they still came out when it worked with their schedule and did a high quality job. They were also very nice via email and in person.

It was hard to find someone who would replace our broken under-mounted sinks in our bathroom but Robert was more than willing to take the job. We don't normally rate people as a "5" because nobody is perfect but Robert came pretty close he did a GREAT JOB and was able to finish the job sooner than anticipated, I would definitely hire him again!

The staff person sent to do my shower re-grout was great. Professional, did an expert job with NO MESS! Amazing. I'll be hiring them again!
