Description of Work: Wanted to get a small amount of insulation for my father's house. Did not understand deal required purchase of extensive amount of insulation. Service Provider was excellent and bid was half as much as others. If I could have convinced my dad to get insulation, I would have Used Revival Energy.

Description of Work: Spoke with Mr. Ballman who explained the full offer of the big deal. We agreed I should request a refund. Mr. Ballman wws very professional in handling this Big Deal. I would use his service, but it had ready been done. This was why I needed the additional 300' for my garage overhead.

Description of Work: The offer for the thermostat was a great deal, but it requires an in-person meeting. There was a long delay in scheduling the consultation and in the end I just wanted a cheap thermostat. I realize that the cheap thermostat was just to be able to offer other services, but there should really be an option to skip the audit and get the thermostat itself.

Description of Work: Here in Oregon our Energy Trust folks work hard to instill not just cost savings (where our energy use is concerned) but our effect on our environment. The 2 young men that came to check out my house did an admirable and thorough job. They were here for 5 (!) hours! Basically what they provided me was a 3-tier plan - each step up was added to the previous step such that, in the end I felt the cost was prohibitive for me. Their suggestions were sensible and thus it isn't out of the question that, in time, I might use some of their ideas. If so, I would indeed contact them again.

Description of Work: Gentleman showed up and checked a couple of places in the house. The company told me to have a way for the agent to check under the house in the crawl space. This wasn't checked. I was also told to have the waterheater ready for inspection. This wasn't done.
