Came promptly, measured home and attic, crawl space areas, used instruments to measure air quality and other specifications to show home needed for insulation, venting, etc. After approximately 3-4 hours discussing with us what was being done and what was being evaluated at every step of the way it was explained that the numbers and measurements obtained would be put into the computer and complete drawings with prices for different levels and steps the improvements could be made were provided. Very impressively done, showing us how we could do the whole job and make payments on that choice. Or what could be done at different intervals beginning with the areas that would make the largest difference in our heating and cooling costs and well as improvement the air quality of our home for better health. Most impressive and helpful. No high pressure selling or pushing that we must begin or threats of what would happen to our home, utility costs if we did not do this IMMEDIATELY. We were pleased with what we learned and would use this fine company again and any time.

The crew did a great job. The process for finding the "leaks" were repeated to demonstrate that indeed the things they did were helpful. There was no mess after their work. They then went the extra mile to help us get an "energy efficiency rebate" check from our local power company.

The auditor showed up with his equipment on time. He checked every room in the house, as well as the furnace, water heater and electrical system. At the end he spent at least 30 minutes reviewing and explaining his results.

At our request they returned a week later to discuss home sealing options and air quality issues. We were alerted to a possible issue and referred to another professional for additional evaluation. Once this is resolved we will consider the improvements suggested.

Ben Fish came to our house a few minutes earlier then the appointment time. He was very courteous and polite. He conducted the audit very efficiently and didn't leave any mess to clean up. The report that he provided was extremely detailed and easy for us to understand. The work that needs to be done on our house is a bit more than we were expecting and we have not made a decision to go forward at this time.

I got a big deal for $119, and they did not charge additional cost. The good thing was that they were pretty thorough. They seemed to go the house from stem to stern. They provided a comprehensive report, and they were pleasant to work with. The negative side was that although my house was not energy inefficient. They had pretty costly recommendations for improvement. I would probably not use them.

It was great. Rob was very knowledgable and detailed. He spent all the time needed to do the audit and then explaining and answering all the questions my husband had. He also had great suggestions.

We used the Angie's List coupon so the price was very attractive. Knowledgeable, polite, funny technician - Robert. Excellent data and explanations, along with recommendations. No pressure to avail of services to repair according to recommendations. Will use again or recommend to friends whole-heatedly.

The service was good. The crews they sent were hard working and were very respectful of our house.

Smooth sailing. They worked late one evening so that they could be done in time for us to go out of town the next day. Good follow-up phone calls and visits.

It was a good experience and provides information for where the house is losing energy and how to make energy efficiency improvements. The only drawback was that it took a month from when I called for an appointment to have the audit completed.

Everything went pretty well, however they did not do the duct leak test. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and on time. I would consider them in the future.

I purchased the service because it was advertised that it only cost $9 after rebate. Although I got the energy tax rebate back but never got the PGE rebate, so the true cost is $49. Ben showed up and ran the test as described, he also produced nice a report of my house energy efficiency. My goal is to see if my duct is leaking and where because the crawlspace is very warm when the heat is on, but duct testing wasn't part of the deal however. Ben is very knowledgeable and did a good job of explaining the test report, and what I could do to do prevent more heat loss, although I ended up not using their service to do the repair work, I appreciated the tips from Ben.

Ben was awesome. He arrived on time, explained exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. He took measurements and photos and discussed with us throughout the process what he was doing and any areas of concerns. He gave us summary briefing when he was finished as to what he found and what he would reccommend. His knowledge and professionalism was outstanding and far greater than expected. Would reccommend this to anyone!

The report was sent the same day they did the testing, it was in two parts from specific findings to repair costs going from good to better and best. Overall it was very complete and well-presented.

The folks at Revival are very knowledgable, provide an honest service and at a great price. I cannot recommend Revival enough

They came out and did an energy audit. Salesman came out and bought a package with him. They came out and installed it and then rechecked all the work to make sure it was done properly. On time and punctual.

Very informative and helpful resource ... based on initial phone discussion, it was agreed that an audit wasn't warranted for new home, but I genuinely appreciated the assessment and honest input. Exceptional customer service!

The coupon was $150 for $500 worth of attic insulation, but the problem was, I couldn't simply have the insulation installed, they said there was a lot of other work that needed to be done first. I was almost ready to go for all the extra work (there were a few packages to chose from, from about $2,500 to over $8,000 if I had opted to include a new heater), but simply wanted them to take a thermal picture of the heat loss in my attic, similar to the pictures they had taken of my light fixtures. Because my plan was to put my house up for sale, I had wanted to document the before and after pictures in the attic, to clearly illustrate to potential buyers the benefits received from the money I had spent on improvements. It seemed like such a simple thing to do.....but they refused, and got very defensive. The manager told me that it would be too much work for them to take this extra picture.....but it seemed to me that, for a few thousand dollars worth of business, they could have taken the photo of my attic. Ultimately I was glad I opted not to use their service because when I subsequently had the Clark County inspector come out to do an independent audit, his results were much different from what I had obtained from Revival Energy. He could not duplicate the same high levels of heat loss that Revival had obtained.

Ben came out and performed a Comfort Performance Analysis. Even though my home is new, I had concerns about how well it heated or rather, how well it didn't heat. The work was extensive. I pulled the list of what was performed from their ad: Air Leakage test, Thermal infared, Furnace sizing analysis, Energy model report, Heat load calculations room to room, Room to room CFM air flow, Exhaust ventilation, Insulation recommendations, Duct supply or return evaluation. Day went smoothly. Ben was friendly and professional. I feel that he did go above and beyond the scope as I came out of the day learning a lot. I also received a pretty extensive report after as well as great follow-up.
