Description of Work: Auditor checked air leakage from house; compared previous year's energy bills; checked furnace and appliances (age with estimate of efficiency); checked ducts (furnace, bathroom fan, etc.); looked around attic and basement; and inspected windows. Auditor was professional and personable. He answered my questions and anticipated questions that I should have had but hadn't yet formulated, all in a very polite way.

Description of Work: We hired Revival Energy Group to inspect and then make all the improvements on our house to make it energy efficient. They did exactly what they said needed to be done and they did it with incredible professionalism. The were punctual and easy to deal with, and they cleaned up after each visit. The project took three days to complete and we could feel the difference in our home the next day. We are looking forward to our new energy bills, because we know they are going to be significantly reduced. We heartily endorse Revival Energy for work in your home with absolutely no reservations.

Description of Work: Robert and his helper were very professional and did a thorough job of looking at all aspects of our home during the energy audit. They gave helpful suggestions on what we can do to improve our energy efficiency. The fixes are expensive, and though the Energy Trust offers incentives, the cost is still significant. If one plans to live in the home long term, it certainly pays to have the work done. I believe we would definitely be more comfortable and notice the temperature change if we could do the work now. The work, however , would take several years to pay for itself. Robert sent us a 27 page detailed report of his findings. We are still waiting for the rebate which would bring the cost down to $39 for the audit.
