Kathryn's amazing. She responded to my requests quickly, handled the paperwork accurately, and was always extremely professional. She lead me through the real estate jungle, checking all the I's and crossing all the T's. She even met the housing inspector for me on the day of the inspection. This allowed me to spend the extra 2 hours it takes to do the inspection at my job and not sitting around watching the inspection process. All I had to do was meet them towards the end, and receive the property condition report! Does it get any better than that? Kathryn's a genuinely nice person, easy to work with, answers all emails and phone calls in a very timely manner, and best of all - she values my time as much as I do.
