+ -1 moreI immediately felt they were experienced. I also told them someone else tried to do this work and failed so I was looking for a reliable company. The owners were both here to inspect and give a bid. Someone they were training was with them. They knew I wanted detail and I wanted it done right and I wanted them to stand behind their work if I needed them to follow up on anything. They did all the above. I don't know if I paid too much, maybe a little, however the detail work was excellent. They did need to come back and paint over some of the front porch as some stain got on it. They were right on it and always took my calls and sent someone right over to get it right for me. I am feeling good about these people and would hire them again. I found them in the yellow pages, Clark County Washington.
Description of Work: They pressure washed my shake roof, replaced many shingles, they got the flashing nailed down right to prevent leaking, they put new spikes is a slightly sagging gutter that was too full with water last rainy season and did not have enough nails in it to hold it up right. They sprayed my shake roof with a protective coating to lengthen its life and it also looks healthier and a pretty cinnamon color. They pressure washed our house to prepare it for painting.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID EVERYTHING THAT I ASKED OF THEM. THEY WERE VERY NICE TO WORK WITH. I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER THEM TO ANY FAMILY OR FRIENDS THAT NEEDED THEIR SERVICE.
Description of Work: WE HAD RAIN CITY COME OUT AND CLEAN ALL OUR FENCING AND TO CLEAN THE EXTERIOR OF THE HOUSE. WE HAD A LOT OF BEE HIVES ON THE PEAKS OF THE ROOF THAT THEY WERE ABLE TO CLEAN OFF FOR US.
