RailPro of Oregon

I met these folks at a home improvement expo in Portland. I obtained two more estimates from other companies that were at least twice as much as Railpro's estimate. I was surprised how much exterior grade railing costs. So, price wise, Railpro was a no-brainer. About $100 a linear foot. They came out on time and finished the job a in a couple of hours. Materials were of high quality and used stainless steel bolts to attach railing to concrete. Railing is approaching two years old and is still in great shape and installation is still solid. Rail pro's work and quality I would rate as excellent. Would recommend to a friend and would use them again.

The job went very well. It was done in two parts, lower deck then upper deck with some time in between at our request. We had to have some stucco repair done on our home as a result of removing the old deck railing and RailPro was extremely accommodating in timing their work to meet our needs. The design work, color and quality of their product complemented both decks and improved and modernized the appearance of our home. The install crew was on time, friendly and professional.

Placing a railing deck at mountain cabin near Rhododendron, Oregon. They arrived on time and worked for about four hours. The deck was in a u-shape bout 10 ft by 20 feet. Rail was metal dark brown with wire about 4 inches apart. They placed posts first followed by placing wire and tightening wires to correct tensile strength. They cleaned up after themselves and left the deck spotless. I would highly recommend them to other individuals needing this kind of railing.

RailPro is a class act! I needed fencing in the front of our house, but needed it to match the stone work and existing stair railing. From the time I called them (thank you Theresa) to meeting with Jeremy, reviewing his design and suggestions, to the railing and gate installation, I could have not imagined how smoothly and beautifully this project turned out. You don't need to be particular - they are. When they were doing the installation, one component did not fit exactly how they wanted it (I did not notice). While they completed the installation, RailPro insisted on re-manufacturing a segment and installing it at no cost to me. Later, they came out to readjust the gate after giving it time to settle. Their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction is the best. Thank you RailPro.
