Richard arrived early and updated me on my arrival. Richard was extremely professional working with the sheriff and myself and the person being evicted. He re-keyed the front and back door locks and checked all the windows to make sure the house was secure. Work was performed quickly and I found Richard to be an individual that I would recommend to anyone needing an honest and trustworthy locksmith.

Robert came up with a solution that was quick, elegant, less expensive than what I had originally thought of, and more than met my requirements. He was professional, listened to my needs, and very informative. I would recommend his services without reservation.

He responded on a holiday, had the door lock fixed, with a reasonalbe and was gone in less than an hour! Great service.

I called the locksmith who at the time was so busy he could not talk but for a minute because his hands were full of intricate parts at that moment, and he asked if I mind if I call back within a couple of hours. I forgot to call him, and he called me instead. He came out the next afternoon as promised, re-keyed all the locks within the house in a very fast time, and offered me extra keys at no extra cost! Personable, friendly, and the locksmith is someone who I believe would make a good friend other than just being an associate to hire. There are not that many people who show integrity to their work while being a stand up person who went the extra mile. Two thumbs up!

Richard came out to the new house I bought with little notice which was great. Other locksmiths I emailed from Angie's List were either not licensed in WA State or just didn't respond at all. Richard seemed pleased to have my business and was eager to get started. We asked him to rekey the locks at our new house. He quoted me a certain amount by phone per lock. I mistakenly assumed 1 lock per door which is my fault for not really noticing the knob lock AND the deadbolt lock on the same door. It makes sense now that I look back but the pricing did come in a little higher than I had planned for. Richard was very friendly, courteous and pleased to have my business. Paying him was easy as pie....he just took my credit card on the spot with his little smart phone device and before I got home I had an emailed receipt waiting for me. Very easy. I live on a steep gravel hill and his truck got stuck somehow in a piece of our yard going up the steep hill and the tire spin out caused a little mud trench that wasn't a huge deal but is a little bit of an eye sore now to look at. Overall it was a positive experience and I will call Richard back for my future locksmithing needs.....but I might ask him to be more careful climbing my steep gravel driveway in his big work truck to avoid any more mud trenches.

Richard was very helpful and didn't require that I spend money first to get any of his advice.

I called to ask if they could re-key my locks since we just moved into a new house and wanted to make sure we were the only ones with the keys. Richard was able to come out to my house on Monday afternoon after calling over the weekend. He re-keyed four locks very quickly and for a great price compared to some of the competitors. He also made me an additional 7 copies of the key as extras right there so I didn't need to worry about taking it to the store to make my own copies. I would strongly suggest using Richard - especially being one of the only locksmiths that answered their phone over the weekend - which would be really nice if you are locked out of your house or car.

I was on my way out the door to work on a Friday morning only to discover that my front door wouldn't shut. The doorknob lock was in the locked position and wouldn't budge despite my best efforts to remedy the problem. The locksmith completed the job in less than 45 minutes after my call and charged me less than the quoted amount since I already had removed the doorknob. I was extremely pleased with the job and definitely would call him again.
