They turned the air-conditioning on during sanding and spread dust to every room in the house/ Much damage was done to and electronic sewing machine and furnace and ducts had to be professionally cleaned, costing more than the original cost of the job.The drywall eventually started falling off of the ceiling. When I asked them to make it right, they refused. They said it was not guaranteed. Now it will cost another $4,000. to get it scraped off and redone. DISASTER! Evidently the contractor didn't clean the dust off the ceiling before applying new drywall, thus it wouldn't stick permanently.

The estimate and scheduling went very well. They called the night before to confirm. The day of the appointment the estimator called to say he had been laid off and wouldn't be able to do the job. I called Pyramid and was told Jordan would come to house that morning and look over the project and the work would be performed the next day. No one showed up, no one called. I called and they didn't have any reason and just said they might be able to make it the next day. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. The estimator they fired was the only professional acting one and was very nice to call and let me know what was going on. He even stopped by to apologize and ask if there was anything he could do. Pyramid sure wasn't going to call!

Corey and his assistant had the drywall up and the first coat of mud on within a few hours. The crew was always on time. Jose did a fantastic job with the smooth finish. After they were finished there was a rough spot on the ceiling that I thought needed to be sanded some more (it was about one square foot) and Corey almost immediately came to fix it. I told my wife that it was as though he stopped what he was doing on one job to come fix ours. That is what service should be!!! We have some projects planned for the spring and Pyramid Drywall will be the only call we make!!! Thanks!

THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND WORKED WITH GREAT EFFICIENCY. IN ONE AREA WHERE WE HAVE REALLY HIGH WALLS, HE WAS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DRIP ANYTHING ON THE FURNITURE BELOW. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF WORK.
