BAD, BAD, & BAD
Description of Work: They sent three girls, two of them were young girls, but one spent two hours cleaning the stove, and at the end, the stove was not clean. They also cleaned my windows and, left behind a lot of pine needles. We recently installed new carpeting 3 days prior, but after they left, there were pine needles left all over. We had to spend one entire hour cleaning after the residue left behind. I personally would not recommend this business.

It is unfortunate that he was unhappy with his clean but it is also unfortunate that this is the first time we are hearing about it. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee and would have fixed things if we were given the opportunity. With that said, the lady of the house told our cleaner who was going to vacuum the floor not to do it because they would rather have us spend our time on the other things that needed done in the house, so that is why the floors were not vacuumed. A lot of time was spent on the stove (not 2hrs, that is how long the whole kitchen took) because it was caked with grease and that takes awhile to get it all off and it had little grooves that we had to get the grease out of. Unfortunately we were not able to get it all out of the grooves even after spending all of that time on it. However, we didn't even charge him full price for the clean because we were giving them a break, so i am not sure why we are being called unprofessional and that our responsiveness was given such a low grade. We answered his phone calls right away, we were able to do it when they wanted it done which was sooner than later....I am just very confused by this review. Missy ProCare Cleaning
