They came out very quickly. They did a deep house cleaning.

Their service was great. It was outstanding. I would absolutely recommend them.

It was an okay service. They did what they said they were going to do. It was a little more expensive than I expected, but still, they did what they said they were going to do. I actually bought it for my son, who was there, and said that they did a fine job.

It was fine. I did not have a negative experience with them. They were really hard workers, came when they said and worked in a hectic and chaotic situation. They did a really good job.

We paid for 6 hours of cleaning through Angies list on Nov 13 for 189 dollars. We were hoping to get the cleaning done by Nov 21 when we had guests from out of town coming. They were not able to do it by then so then we asked if they could get it done by Thanksgiving, and they said they would try. They then said they were all booked up and couldn't do it by then either, even though this was two weeks notice. We then said, that if they could get it done before Christmas week we would be happy. They said they could do that. The last time we heard form them was on Nov 21 . We finally called them again on Dec 18 to see if they could get the cleaning done by Dec. 20 when we had a family Christmas Party planned. They said they couldn't do that. We said we wanted our money back in that case. They said we would have to get it from Angies list. We just spoke to Angies list and they said they can not give us a refund because it's past 30 days. We feel we have been cheated by Angies list and this Company. I will never do business with either one, and will pursue legal action to recover the 189 dollars that has been taken from us.

They were on time, friendly, and up front about what they could and could not do. For the most part, everything was done that I had asked.

they are an excellent company and delightful to work with. We have 2000 sq ft, 2 dogs and 3 cats. The house has not had a professional cleaning in 5 years. They did an amazing job as well as worked within my budget.

Company dispatched two employees. They were very professional, clean, pleasant, punctual. The employees did a great job and finished all tasks on time.

Amber and Ashley came in and got right to work and didn’t stop until they were done. They did a great job – so we ended up hiring ProCare Cleaning to do ongoing monthly service for us.

The girls did a great job. They cleaned exactly what I asked them to, including a spare refrigerator in the garage. House looked great and smelled great afterwards. Thank you ladies!

It was super easy to schedule a time that worked for us. They arrived on time and were very professional. Once we determined what was going to happen they got to work and worked hard. My kitchen and bathroom needed a deep clean reset so I could just maintain with my busy schedule and they did it great! We will definitely be using them again in the future.

Vinyl floors were beautiful - used magic erasers Needed to redo shower/tub. Forgot chairs & sofa, but did upon reminder Young women were very personable and cooperative

They sent 4 people to come and deep clean our two story house which included 4 bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen, dining room and three bathrooms. Very punctual (actually early!) and the women that came were all very nice and hard workers. They did a good job and getting all of the nitty gritty dirt out of the corners of the kitchen and bathrooms and I was happy they used green cleaning products. All in all they did do a very good job and I would recommend them!

sent 4 women to clean, they did a good job except for the kitchen floor in the eating area and my kitchen sink was not really clean. It took 4 women to clean for 2 hours, or 8 hrs. to do the house. I believe it was an over expensive job, as even if I had a Angie's deal of $109., still had to pay additional $180., total $289.00. I talked with the owner and she was willing to have them come back at no cost to do the kitchen sink and the floor in the eating area, but I did not have the time to have that done. They were prompt, however they do not like the floors I have and told me this at t he beginning, ok, so they used their own cleaning solution. All floors except the kitchen eating area and one hallway were done very well.

The service went okay. I paid an additional fee for them to clean the entire house. The cleaners completed the service in about 6 hours. Three people came out for the service and they brought their own cleaning supplies. They were a little inflexible and not willing to do what I needed. Their range of services did not fit my range of needs. I had minor difficulties scheduling the service because I am about 35 miles from the company. I thought they were a little pricey, as well.

It turned out really well. They did a great job. I wanted a deep cleaning and they gave me a bid for it, so they did that and it did take longer, but she basically volunteered to honor the estimate she had given originally even though it took longer. They went the extra mile to re-do things to make sure they were clean. We did sign up for regular service and they are going to come and clean our house once a month.

The ladies did a fantastic job! I was particularly worried that toilet stains would not come out, but I was beyond surprised to see that they were sparkling white! It was such a relief to come home and walk into a perfectly clean house. I feel confident now that we can maintain it, and we will certainly call on ProCare again in the future if we decide to regular cleanings.

Team arrived on time and got right to work. House was absolutely filthy and had not been lived in for a long time. In a few short hours the place was transformed into a livable house. Dusting done, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen scrubbed and cupboards deep cleaned. Floors swept and mopped Shower stalls cleaned, carpet vacuumed. Nice professional job. I could not be happier.

Nice work ladies They arrived when they said they would, came in and introduced the crew. They took a walk around the house to review what work needed doing and then got right to it. Everything was cleaned exactly how I expected it to be. The shower doors were cleaner than I was ever able to get them. This was a good first experience.

Procare scheduled my appointment within 24 hours of purchasing the deal. They called once to confirm the scope of work so their employees would be prepared when they arrived. 3 employees arrived promptly at 08:45 (window arranged was 08:45 - 09:00). After quickly showing them what I wanted done, they went straight to work and did a fabulous job! I'm quite picky about how clean my house is and I have zero complaints about the work they did. I will use them in the future.

Great service. I needed to call in the pros to clean some spots I just could get to. They did it, and did a great job.

They always arrive on time so I don't have to worry whether they will be here. They are extremely organized and each person in the crew has a different assigned job. I have a very difficult floor to clean and they will stay until I am satisfied with it. The cleaning is done with natural products so I do not have to worry about my grandchildren or my 2 dogs. I have a tile shower and I am impressed how well they keep the tile from developing mold or mildew. I have used previous companies and have found them lacking in the basics, ie: dusting, wiping and regular surface cleaning. Some were not as professional and willing to go beyond the regular requirements and attack the things most miss and do them without me asking. I am very happy with them and I would recommend the HIGHLY for any cleaning needs.

The service was good but they did not do as much as I was expecting for what I paid. It was not the best value for me personally. I wish they would have done more like sweep out the garage which would have been maybe an additional five minutes. However, they responded quickly and were able to finish the work in a short amount of time. I would probably use their services again. The woman who I spoke to was very professional and friendly.
