+ -1 moreMike Cunningham, owner of Prestige Construction, did an excellent job from beginning to end. He took a good amount of time to determine the work and materials needed to do the job. He suggested adding a trim board at the eaves and at the end of the porch. This improved the looks of our 2800 sq.ft. Victorian style home. Mike's bid was much lower than the other bid I got, and he and his employee James work well together and both pay attention to detail. They had the house resided in 5 days and I was very happy with their work.
Description of Work: Tear off old LP siding and and replace with fiber-cement siding
