+ -1 moreThis company did not perform work for me because they have misled us with their estimates. Viktor first seemed extremely pleasant and agreeable and his estimate seemed very good. When I asked him for a written bid it took over 2 weeks for him to get back to me and when he finally did he put a price of DOUBLE what his initial estimate was. This is completely unprofessional and disappointing. I also asked him for references which he did not provide with the bid. This makes me wonder as to the quality of his work. The whole encounter makes me glad I did not chose Precise Home Construction to perform work for me.
