Mark was great. He fixed the issues and installed a new breaker. Very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Description of Work: After a new deck was built and lighting reinstalled, circuit breaker tripped and would not go back on. Deck installer, who is from Vancouver, called Prarie Electric. They sent someone out that night.

Guys showed up on day we agreed upon and did a good job. One guy was pretty nice other guy seemed annoyed at everything, especially that I didn't want to put a button for garbage disposal on front of my cabinet instead of under or on the sink, said it was harder for him. When I had called to make the appointment, I explained what I wanted done and I was told there was a $250.00 min for a job this small. I was ok with that, figured maybe $350.00 with parts. Took them approximately an hour (with the annoyed guy on his phone part of the time) to do the job and I was charged $600.00. If you use these guys make sure you get an written estimate first.

Although the actual service was done well, the billing/customer service was awful. Upon calling for price of job, I was not told I would be charged an hourly rate per man, not per job. While I understand that one worker would have taken longer to to the work, that should have been disclosed to me. I would not have chosen to pay close to $500 for 1.45 hours of work! I immediately called the service representative with my shock over the bill and was then told it was per man, not per job cost. I then spoke with customer service and was told I would receive a refund due to the lack of communication when setting up the service. I thought all was well and was ready to provide a glowing review. However, the next day I was called and told the company didn't actually think it was "fair" to refund me the full amount I was promised the day before and reduced it by almost $100. I am in shock. Who does that? I wrote customer service again and was told that they were "not unprofessional" in their communication and resolution with me. End of story. Bottom line - you better get crystal clear information upon calling, but even then, I guess they might just do whatever they want.

One person came out, and it took them about an hour to complete the work. They were highly professional and responsive and left the area perfect. Great technical service and expertise.
Description of Work: I had them inspect the breakers.
