Quick response. $450.00 for new springs. More expensive than most doors due to type of original installation. Prompt, friendly, owner operated and had all parts with him. I would recommend Ponderosa.

I paid $100 for a 10 minute test that he told me Receiver was broken. So I will use it as is.

The service was very good and done the within hours after the call, I had a car in the garage that was needed to get out when the spring broke The garage door opener was damaged when spring broke and they had a new one the on his pickup and replaced it and had me going in just a few hours, they also helped me program the new and old remote to open both doors. It was nice the service man had all the parts on his truck, saved time and did not have to run for parts .

Couldn't be more pleased with this company. They were eager to fix my problems with my garage doors. The owner of the company returned my phone calls immediately. He first spent time with me on the phone trying to diagnose the possible problems with my garage doors. This allowed the technician to be better able to do the repairs on the first visit. The repairman listened well and was very knowledgeable about his trade. He did not try to pressure me into buying things I didn't need. Very Friendly too. Without a doubt I will use Ponderosa Doors again and will highly recommend them to anyone.
