Ponderosa Garage Doors

The large coil spring on our garage door broke. Ken was able to come out the same day in a matter of hours. He also tuned up our other door as requested and recommended that we replace the 20 year old rollers on both doors which we did. He completed the job quickly and professionally. Our only gripe was that he plastered his company stickers on the inside of each door (which I didn't mind), and also on our finished plaster board wall above the door switch. I wish he would have asked first. The total cost was $680.

A great company to work with. Friendly and efficient. I needed to replace both garage doors. The big box store bid the same amount as Ponderosa, but had a 4-8 week lead time. With Ponderosa, I had new doors installed in 3 days.

Our garage door would not open. After calling a half dozen businesses, no one could come for three days. Pondrosa called me within 5 minutes and was here before the end of the day. The door is repaired and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair.

They removed and hauled away my old garage door so I din't have to deal with that. They got the work done right the first time and recommend them to anyone who needs their service. I will say that I was a little surprised when the owner came out and we cut a deal because he seemed very trustworthy. The next thing I know I get a phone call that one of his workers will be doing the job. A bait and switch kind of thing. I still would recommend them.

so then come with the proper equipment what I needed was to break into my garage and to install a quick release so I never have to experience that again. They broke into my garage and wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money without even putting the quick-release in. he did find it reduced the price only because I told him I had got a quotes from someone else that was a hundred fifty to do it all he wanted to charge me $280 just to break in my garage that's not even with quick release.
