Clean Punctual on time, installed the new door perfectly and hauled the old one away, competitive pricing, GOOD WORKING KNOWLEDGE of the brand of garage door that I had already purchased, where other installers either wouldn't touch it or would have charged a lot more for install. Overall very happy with service.

Ken was extremely responsive and went out of his way to accommodate our work schedules and repair the door quickly. It was a more complicated repair than he orignally anticipated, but he worked long and hard and didn't charge us any more than he originally quoted.

On a Saturday too , at no additional cost. The service tech was courteous and knowlegeable. He explained exactly what he did and why. I highly reccommend this company.

They did a great job. The spring on our garage door had broken. Ken called quickly and quoted a fair price. He fit us in the next day and was very quick at fixing the door. Also, the quote matched the actual cost. The only reason its 4 instead of 5 stars is that he came almost an hour later than he said. Had he called to let me know he was running late I would have given them 5 stars.

Ken is real professional - quick, courteous and went above and beyond the usual to install our garage door opener. We are very glad we chose him to do the work for us.

Ponderosa garage doors was the best & the most honest. I have 3 matching garage doors and one was damaged. The other companies right away said I would have to buy 3 new doors because the manufacturer was out of business. Pondersoa fixed the bad one so you can't even telll. Thanks to Ken - Corey. Communication was excellent either by email or by phone. The guys came early. Assessed the situation, quoted me a price, completed their work and then stayed to double-check the function of their adjustments. They were very clean, polite, and answered all of my questions. They also gave me a mini-lesson about the red release cord in case our power goes out and I still have to get my car out of the garage. Thanks for all of your hard work!

Excellent communication, friendly and quick service. Will have them install another GDO soon. Price was $40.00 less than Genie garage door company that scheduled and never showed up or called.

I called on a Sunday, got a call back right away, and someone was out Monday afternoon. Very professional, friendly,helpful. My garage door opener was repaired and I've had no problems with it since. I was given the cost up front and there were no surprises.

The repairman was informed and easy to work with. This was for my Dad's garage door and he said the repairman was one of the few people he's met who seemed to know what he was doing. That was quite a compliment from my Dad who has had multiple strokes and not able to arbiculate well. Quite a few screws had fallen out of the door over time. My Dad handed them to him and the repairman replaced them all plus lubricated the door. He let us know that, although the door opener was old and would eventually need to be replaced, it was still in fairly good working order and didn't require any more work or adjustments.
