Ken at Ponderosa was very professional and friendly. He custom ordered and installed a replacement panel for our garage door, and it turned out great!

The service appointment was scheduled very quickly. The cost of the repair reasonable.

My experience will Ponderosa was refreshing. The owner/repairer assessed the damage to my door and determined that it could be fixed while I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. He repaired it within an hour or so and it's been working great ever since. He was very thoughtful and took my tight finances in to account. I would recommend Ponderosa highly and when I do have to replace the door they will be who I call.

Ken Fielding was nothing short of professional, extremely easy going and made the whole situation very easy. He provided an estimate right off the bat, completed the work in extremely efficient time, and our garage is actually running much more smoother because of it. I highly recommend him.

Timely response (immediate !!), quotes for both partial and/or complete repair were both right on. Service man adapted his schedule and had us back up and running in hours vs. days.
