I was impressed with how fast Ken responded to my inquiry and the amount of time he took with me over the phone and in person explaining the garage door opener install and spring & roller replacement. He followed our conversation up with a written proposal and then Spencer came out the next work day (Monday) for the install. Spencer ran the low voltage wiring so cleanly along the walls/ceiling that you hardly even notice it and we can't believe how quiet our new garage door opener is! Ken followed up with a call the next day to make sure we were happy. I would definitely use Ponderosa Garage Doors again & won't hesitate to recommend them.

He adjusted and lubricated the door for us. Very friendly, knowledgable and his services reasonably priced. I now have his number in my book of technicians. Highly recommend.

We have remodeled the whole house and used two contractors and Ken wasone of the best professionals I have ever ment or did business with. Fast and true to his word and great to work with. I started with another company at first but after talking to Ken made the switch and made the right move.

This was a challenging installation due to low clearance for the door. Ken persevered until he found workable solutions to the challenge and then stayed late to complete the project on scheduled day. The door looks great and works well.
