Ponderosa came out for a garage door repair last week. It wasn't urgent but we still had rapid turnaround. Ken paid attention to our description and concern and did a quick, professional job. He easily could've made it a bigger job but didn't. This was similar to our experience with Ponderosa a few years ago for a spring repair and maintenance on that garage door. He identified some potential long-term issues but so far this has worked. Quick, prompt, professional, good price.

We hired this company to repair a 11 year old spring that broke... this company was quick to respond and timely. They recommended a heavier duty spring and installed it.. I paid close to 500 dollars. 3 years have passed, the spring they recommended broke and the door came slamming down. We naturally contacted them for a remedy. They just said that was a cheaper spring and it was rated for 10,000. Well it didn't even last a quarter of that as the garage door is used only 2 times a day. He stands by his product only 2 years, and offered to come out again at our expense and get a better spring, for approx once again another 500 dollars.. I have to wonder why this heavier duty spring he is offering this time wasn't offered the first time. Won't recommend this business and won't use them again. Save your money and go with someone who stands behind what they sell you!

I was contacted immediately from Ken the owner to schedule my install. They followed up and took care of the job in a timely manner. The billing was easy. They followed up to make sure the keypad entry was working properly. I believe Lift Master products are the best as well. Great experience!
