Ken Feilding was a very honest and trusting in an old school sort of fashion. We made arrangements for the repair and I was to leave payment with my family member for his technician and I forgot. I work in Beaverton and live in Woodland! His technician completed the repair without any form of payment promissory note for payment. I called when I realized my error. He did not hesitate to say no problem we'll still be there just get it to me when you can! Amazing and unreal in this day and age. I highly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors and Repair.

The gentleman that came out was very knowledgeable and courteous. Also, he absolutely knew what he was doing. He also was able to give me an "off the cuff" quote if I were to look for a new door. Overall, the experience was satisfying.

My old garage door was removed, the new one installed and hooked up to my garage door opener, and all of the old material was removed, and my garage was swept and clean. This garage door is so quiet that you can only see it move.

repair was done quickly and well. he did somthings that other repair places haven't done. Like oiling the tracks and tightening screws on the door.

They were prompt and did a great job for a fair price. They looked at everything to be sure we wouldn't have to take the door apart again anytime soon. We even got two garage door openers from them when I was starting to think that wouldn't be possible. One of them was defective but they were prompt with its replacement. Fantastic.

They responded promptly. We discussed the problem and Ken sent a great tech to look the situation over. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we discussed options. I replaced my old opener with a new direct drive unit that is really much quieter than the old one. Their service was very friendly and efficient. The cost was fair and we are happy customers.

The owner Ken gave a rough estimate over the phone. He was very informative, detailed and advised the options. Even though they were very busy that day, he still sent an emplyee out to fix our door since it would not open. When Spencer arrived he inspected the door, springs and cables. He did not try to sell us anything more than what was necesary. When we asked about replacing the 22yr oid rubber along the bottom, he gladly took the extra time and replaced it.

This company had a lot of really good reviews on this site and I'd like to add one more. The owner, Ken, is just terrific. Experienced, courteous and professional. He worked with me to get the timing of the repair just right - and they even had to come back a second time due to my door needing unusual sized parts. He's so great, I wasn't even annoyed! :) Repair work quality and cleanup by the guy who came to do the actual work were both excellent. He did a great job explaining what was wrong, how to fix it, did offer "up sell" ideas but easy to accept or decline without feeling pressured. You will be happy if you choose them! My garage doors have never worked better!

They are a great bunch of guys that really know their business and do a great job for you. I had to get a whole new garage door opener put in as they no longer make remotes for the old out dated open that I had. Thanks guys

Great job. Came out and repaired on the same day I requested a quote (Saturday). Quote was similar to others, but they offered a 3 year warranty.
