They repaired a garage door the day that I called them. Very friendly and professional.

The owner called me within three minutes of receiving my message and rescheduled one of his team members to get me same day service. Very professional experience overall.

I called in the morning and it was installed by evening of same day. When we took out the recycling out the next day we must have bumped the photocell but he told me what to do on the phone. and after a couple minutes everything worked fine.

Both the owner and the employee who came out to install our new garage door opener were very courteous, helpful, and responsive to questions. The work was scheduled and finished in a timely manner.

They responded right away, and scheduled an appointment the same day. The Tech was courteous and knowledgeable. He inspected everything and didn't replace anything other than the springs that broke. He mentioned that all else was in good working order. I will hire them for any future garage door needs.

At that time I had already set up an appt. with another company to get an estimate. I had to hold off on Ken's services. After the other company came out I was left with an iffy feeling about them and did not hire them. I called Ken back and explained the situation, as I was at work he called my roommate back got pictures of the door and a bit more information. He called back the next day with a quote and we hired him them. The next day Spencer came to the house and fixed the door, did a thorough inspection and tuned up the door. We were very pleased with the work done and the quality people they are. I highly recommend Ponderosa Garage Doors and Repairs.
