Ponderosa called me almost immediately after I posted on Home Advisor. They were able to get out to replace my broken garage door springs the same morning. I was quoted a price and asked them to take care of the job. The repairman arrived at the agreed time and took care of the work efficiently and left everything clean and in good order. We were very happy with the whole experience

Service was late. However, Doug did call and inform us of the delay. Once on site, the repair was quick and he explained the issues with the springs and why the door would not function. This was a spring replacement and door balancing, he inspected the tracks and rollers as well, lubed them and walked me through this maintenance procedure. Additionally, he provided a piece of trim for the garage door as well. A big bonus point was the owner calling and talking to me about the door, asking for pictures ahead of time to prepare for the job. He walked me through likely scenarios for repair. Good job.

Ken, the owner was very accommodating when working with me not to disturb my disabled husband. He kept things low key and quiet. His installer, Doug, was even more so - very concerned about my husband who sleeps a lot during the day time. They were quick to come to my rescue after my old opener quit and I could not get my car out of the garage. The new opener is wonderful - so quiet I have to look to make sure it is working! I will be sure to recommend Ponderosa to anyone who needs a job done well! Thank you!

One phone call and they were at my home within an hour.My garage door opener was repaired and readjusted the lights.. Then the wooden garage door was checked and tighten/ adjusted. And the opener was good to go. Great price and great company. Would recommend to anyone.
