The folks at Ponderosa are extremely responsive and professional. Our new door is fantastic and looks exactly like the one it replaced, which keeps our HOA happy. We hope to never have to replace the door again but if needs must, we're calling Ponderosa without hesitation.

They did everything they said that they would. They called me instantly. Were available the next day and gave me an approx quote that turned out to be exact!

The owner called me right away came out the next day and gave me an estimate and I agreed it was fair and hired him. Said they would come out to install on either Thursday Friday or Monday and I said OK then got an email on Wednesday and said they were coming on Thursday. They showed up at approximately the time they said they would they get the installation cleaned upand I cannot say enough good about them. They did a great job

Came home from vacation late Sunday night to find a broken garage door spring on oversized door. Contacted 3 people. Ponderosa contacted us in less than an hour on a Sunday night and were here by 10 am. They have most springs with them but ours are oversized and told us it might be tomorrow. They were able to open a super heavy door for us to get our cars out. They called us back early afternoon and said they got our springs, came back and door was fixed, lubed and working by 4:30, way less than 24 hours of us contacting them on Sunday night. In this day and age it's hard to find such exceptional service. Thanks to them and recommend Ponderosa.
