Description of Work: They treated my home for a mice infestation and have continued to provide a quarterly service.

Description of Work: We have a maintenance contract with Pioneer for ant and rodent control. Most importantly, since they have successfully resolved our mouse problem, they have been both honest about its status and made no effort to persuade us to continue the service longer than necessary.

Description of Work: It was determined that we had a Norwegian Rat issue. Traps were laid inside, under the house and in the attic, and outside. Exterior snd interior improvements were made to block the pathways the inspector found, for example, an exterior door to the crawlspace was secured so the rats could not get in or out anymore. Animals were captured in the traps and removed. We were given the option at each visit to continue service or to call it good. Since this is a new home for us, we decided to use the quarterly service during our first year to ensure that the issue has been resolved moving forward.

Description of Work: They did the initial service. It is a little early with pest control to see how well it works longer term. He explained everything and was able to answer question. If the pest issues stay in control I would upgrade my ratings to an A.

Description of Work: They have been my pest management company for 2 years. I called them 2 years ago because of odorous ants (sugar ants) in my house that I couldn't get rid of. I was so impressed with their professionalism, punctuality and willingness to answer my questions, that I signed a contract for them to come quarterly to spray for ants, spiders, etc. If I have any issues in between the quarterly visits, I call them and they come to my house either that day if urgent for the next day to assist with the problem. I will continue to use Pioneer Pest Management as my pest maintenance company.

Description of Work: They are a great company. At first it was just kind of a maintenance thing plus the elimination of carpenter ants. Then they did a few regular visits to make sure things were ok. Then I found I had a mouse problem. They were here right away, set traps, and returned twice to empty traps and reset. I have liked this company from the git/go and will continue to employ them.

Description of Work: Placed poisoned grain-food down in the mound/holes left by moles/gophers. Covered holes again, inserted flags at each site (over 60 on a 1/4 acre). Returned a few weeks later and followed same procedures for new holes. (Holes indicated by mounds of dirt pushed up by moles/gophers.) Very few mounds a week or so later. Provider indicated that many people have a regular maintenance schedule, but I can not afford that. I would hire this provider again, and he evidently drove a looonnng way to get here.

Description of Work: The Pioneer service representative sprayed for insects, and he set out traps for mice. Our neighbor across the fence has a lot of debris around his home, which is a perfect breeding ground for rats and mice. When a neighbor two doors down said that mice got inside their home, I became concerned about a shed on our property. If I were a mouse, I'd want to live there. So I asked Pioneer Pest Control to look at the situation and place traps so that it would not be harmful to our dog. They did and I feel confident that I am preventing future problems at our home and for our neighbors. I am thankful that Pioneer knew what to do and had the products that were the best fit for our needs. I recommend them to any homeowner.

Description of Work: Checked crawl space below and set 12 mouse traps on first visit Follow up needed to reset 2 of the traps. Ant treatment applied to counters needing attention. Sprayed around perimeter of house. No evidence of ants since first visit.

Description of Work: Provider arrived promptly, got the job done efficiently, and explained the process quite clearly. Very pleased.

Description of Work: There were three vents where birds would nest and cause havoc with the fans. PPM came out, determined only one of the vents was actively being used, pulled all all the debris and put screens on all the vents. They were quick, friendly and professional.

Description of Work: Very prompt. Very professional. They thoroughly went over the entire property to figure out where these critters were coming from. Set some traps, fixed the entry, came back when they said they would and then did a follow up visit. I would definitely use Pioneer again but I hope I don't have any more critters in the place!

Description of Work: Set up mole traps and a month later set up racoon traps. Were moderately successful.

Description of Work: Inspected under the house to check for damage and the type of animals we had or might have had under the house. He informed us of what he had found so we set up an appointment so he could do the necessary repairs. When he arrived to do the very difficult work he was on time, considerate of our home and property and performed the work he said he would in a very, very professional manner. We were/are more than satisfied and would recommend the company to other with total confidence.

Description of Work: The guy who came was extremely knowledgeable. He had a degree in entomology! He immediately knew the problem and was able to fix it. They did not charge a service fee but instead just charged for the job that they did.
