Description of Work: They were very responsive in coming every quarter. They always notified me of an upcoming appointment. They are a great company with great employees. I'm trying someone new for a decreased price only. If they don't meet this company's quality I will be going back.

Description of Work: We had found a mouse in our kitchen and droppings under our sink. Clinton explained very clearly how their pest removal system worked and the cost. On December 19th I called Pioneer because there was the tail of a mouse outside of one of the traps. Clinton was back on Monday morning, December 21 to take care of the mouse. He did not charge us for this service.

Description of Work: He arrived early for a Saturday morning appointment. That impressed me. Great guy, cleaned out all the spider webs and did a whole house protection. Four weeks later, no pests. We're looking forward to him coming back next year.

Description of Work: Pioneer did a good job of solving a 'squirrel in the attic problem'. We had a communication issue but they own d up to it and offered a nice compromise to resolve it. Ultimately they did the work I needed done and I am happy with the result and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: We have a contract for extermination services from Pioneer Pest Management for an initial service and quarterly service thereafter. So far we are pleased with the service.

Description of Work: The sprayed the perimeter of the outside house for spiders, wasp nest, etc, and checked mouse black boxes.They were very polite. I can't remember exactly the cost, so the above cost may not be accurate.

Description of Work: Adam was GREAT! I had a ant problem. He came out, told me the type of ant and told me how to treat the problem. He didn't recommend having them spray for the type of ant I had. He went through the crawl space and told me I needed to repair my vents. He said we could do it, but I asked him for a quote which was very reasonable. I had him come out the following week and he did a fantastic job. I would recommend them 100%. Great customer service and work. I also think Adam is the best though I am sure they probably have other very good employees.

Description of Work: Checked for bedbugs. Thankfully, no bugs of any kind were found in our home. |The technician was thorough and courteous. We will always ask for him by name if we should ever need these services again.

Description of Work: We've had a terrible ant problem in our house ever since we moved in a few years ago. I've been reluctant to hire a pest-control company, because I thought they would spray nasty chemicals all over our house. I finally couldn't stand it, and called Pioneer Pest. They were great. The technician knew all about ants, ant behavior, and how best to get rid of them. Their products aren't toxic (and therefore take a while to work) so I didn't need to be concerned about our pets, children, or the local wildlife. The ants have been slowly disappearing, and are now almost entirely gone. It's fantastic!

Description of Work: Set traps for animals living under my deck and took away the trapped animals

Description of Work: Sprayed outside of house for bugs (mostly brown armorated stink bugs, but also preventative for spiders/ants/etc.). This was the 4th time we had the service done this "year" (signed up for quarterly service). The types of spray/liquid that they apply is supposedly better for the environment/pets/humans ... but therefore does not last longer than approximately 3 months or so. For reference sake, we had experience in Alaska where the firm their used a more powerful insecticide that was applied once per year, and correspondingly by regulation the house had to be posted as receiving treatment. Regardless we have been satisfied with the service, and plan to use them again.

Description of Work: They perform any and rodent control around my residence every three months. Have done a very good job for me for the past couple of years.
