+ -1 moreWhen we requested a bid, the response was prompt and professional. The project was delayed by unavoidable vendor issues, which they eventually found a way to work around. My main complaint was that they didn't call to update us on the status of the delay. We had to call them each time they failed to show up on the promised date. The project was eventually done, and done well, although they reportedly lost money due to the vendor's failure to deliver the proper materials.
Description of Work: We had a vinyl fence and gate installed for our back yard.

The posts were dug carefully to avoid a newly-installed sprinkler system and landscaping and allowed to cure in the cement for two days before the pickets were added. We are so pleased with the detail and quality of materials and workmanship!
Description of Work: We hired Pioneer Fence and Deck to construct a cedar dog-eared picket fence and assemble a cedar arbor on the front border of a 1910 bungalow.

+ -1 moreThis is our second quote from this company. The first was when we purchased the house, for negotiation purposes. We decided NOT to fix the old deck and to tear it out and build new. Both times, they were friendly and responsive. This was the only company to calculate our quote in front of us and leave us with a number and breakdown. I really like that best about this company! We have decided to put this project off (I work indirectly for the "Big Three" and my husband works in construction... the economy needs to improve first!). However this company is a top choice when the time comes. I want to thank them for everything they have done for us.
