If you need an honest painter or need construction work done I suggest you use Dan Peppel. He will give you a detailed estimate and explain why you should or should not use certain products. We needed warped soffits replaced on the backside upper level of the house. He did this on a very tall ladder. Dead bats even fell on his head (no extra charge for the cleanup). He then painted the house in 3 colors that I chose. Later we hired him back to replace a small rotten deck, steps and railings and cover. He also did the upper larger deck which needed to be sanded and put on the new roof cover. He was attentive to detail and worked with us so meet our needs. Parts of the shrubs had to be cut back to be able to paint the house. He made sure we knew just what he had to do before he did it. He cleaned up the yard and hauled away all the debris. We were happy with his work. A friend has already used him and a another friend plans to next summer. His price was reasonable and he is a pleasant person to have around.
