Hello, my name is Tony Syfrett and I have been working in the commercial and residential garage door industry for over ten years. I have been fortunate to have received extensive training, specialized education and experience with one of the region's largest door companies. In the process I've learned how important it is take ownership of service projects and provide timely response, quality service and most importantly, how to fix more difficult problems would otherwise increase costs with unnecessary removal and replacement of complete door systems. Knowing how important it is for companies to have a true service partner that can respond quickly and take responsibility for the entire repair project I have created my own company, Pacific Northwest Overhead Doors, LLC. The focus is simple. It's you the customer. In the process, I am able to provide very competitive pricing, access to most major manufacturers doors, excellent root cause analysis, and high quality repair of thorny problems or complete removal and replacement if necessary. All at very fair prices because I'm in this business to build long term relationships and be a true service partner. My experience spans residential doors, commercial doors, gates, and door installations of many different dimensions and configurations. Past services were provided at businesses such as Intel, Wal-Mart, Fred Meyers and many manufacturing buildings and industrial parks. I bring industrial quality knowledge and experience to the residential market which saves homeowners time and money. To make sure your doors provide you the service they were intended to, we offer a one year warranty on all service, three years warranty on springs and extend any and all manufactures warranty that come with the product. In short, if we are responsible for your doors, then you will have reduced down time and minimized expense associated with their operation. As a Southwest Washington native I am active in the community coaching youth baseball while also playing competitive softball. An avid outdoorsman, I enjoy camping, fishing and hunting with my family and friends. I am happily married to my wife Lauren and have my hands full with my little miss Norah, our 19 month old daughter. We accept all major credit cards, checks or Cash. We did hire those guys. It was okay we just found a better deal.
Description of Work: We did get a bid, but we went with another person. They gave us a quote for garage door opener repair.

They did a good job. The guy that did it, he was very nice. He did a good job. It was a whole special order door, trims and window and they had to take out woodwork. It was a pretty big deal. We thought it was just a plain door but because of the size of the door and the way it was put in, it had to be special order. They did a good job.
