They built our dream home but if we need to move they will built our next home too.

Their foreman was extremely cordial, easy to work with and they custom built our home to our needs. They did everything they promised. They worked with me all the way through. I had some difficulties with the VA appraisal, because they appraised it quite low and the builder worked with me. They made changes during the building, etc., that were necessary for us to accommodate AVA and they are just outstanding homebuilders. Their quality is outstanding.

We did a lot of research before deciding on Olin Homes. They were the first to respond and answer our questions in laymen terms. We were impressed when we met them and viewed some of their models but not as impressed as when they finished building our first home...we were so impressed we rented that home out and asked them to build our dream home. Bottom line is you can choose a basic home for a single person or family that is outstanding workmanship and budget friendly...at the time the home to purchase was going to be cheaper monthly than the one we were renting. The options you choose can meet your lifestyle, needs, pet needs and all without breaking the budget. All other builders said NO to moving a wall or adding something. Olin Homes said YES and assisted us in designing it then gave us time to consider before we approved it. We have had them build two homes for us and they both are the most family friendly homes. More importantly they are both handicap friendly. This means with my bad knees I don't have to walk any stairs (no stairs into house from garage nor from front door)and if I need to I can walk with my walker as the hallways and door frames are wider. The bonus was that this feature was extremely reasonable. Ivan Olin was our contact and John Lowe was our project manager. Both are extremely professional and have no problem letting us know when one of our ideas needed to be reconsidered. Bottom line we got the best home that exceeds our needs within our budget. Highly recommend them.
