We needed a quote on a deck railing really quickly for the people who were buying our home. Ryan called the same day and had a quote to us the next day. Luckily the quote was simple, but it was still really nice of him to do it so quickly. We don’t know if the new owners will use Oakes, but I know we will check with them should we need that kind of work in the future. Responsive and communicative, for sure!

Everything went very smooth and the work exceeded our expectations. Ryan was very kind and answered all of our questions.

My wood deck had damage of rotting structural beams under the deck. Oakes Improvement Co. was able to replace the beams and columns quickly and professionally at a reasonable price. I also had them replace my wooden handrail that was in disrepair. Ryan Oakes and his crew were easy to work with and had the job done in under a week. I highly recommend his company and would use him again to do any kind of carpentry -new or repair work.

It was good. I asked them for quick look around. The area we repaired was done nicely. The owner was terrific. The workers did their job and pleasant. Did an honest job for me. It was a good price.
