This is the second time that I have used NW Pond Services LLC. The first time was for an annual cleaning and this time was for a repair. The owner, Filiberto is a very honest person to deal with. He pointed out to me that the secondary filter on my pond was unnecessary and that the pump I had could support a wider diameter hose and I could get more velocity on my waterfall. I would not hesitate to recommend him and I will definitely be calling him next spring when it is time for an annual cleaning.

Great. Filiberto was prompt and expert as he diagnosed my issue, ordered the replacement pump, and installed the new pump in the rain! This is my second time using Filiberto's service and will not be my last. I will definitely recommend him to friends.

It was great! He made an appointment and called me two hours before to let me know he could come early and was on his way. He arrived and quickly went to work. He had all the necessary tools and understood my concern about the frogs. The pond was really cleaned...the pump, filters, everything. As the pond was refilling, he rearranged the rocks to cover the electrical wires so it looks even better than when it was new. Super clean, super professional, super fast...and very reasonably priced! what more could I have asked????
