When they put in the doors, they didn't put in right; so we had them come back again. The seal underneath the door was not nailed down and it fell off because of it our door wouldn't get locked. They had to ask somebody else to work on it. We weren't pleased with them. They keep calling us and wanting us to do more work, but we don't want them to do anything. We ordered a fiberglass door and we ended up with a steel door. They didn't bring the fiberglass door, so we finally accepted the steel glass door. They were a little bit expensive. It took us calling them a couple of times before they came out and fixed the door. They called several months later thinking the door hasn't been fixed. The communication is not good. They took them a while to get out here.

It went very well. The workers were always on time, cleaned up each day, and worked with us in detail, making good suggestions. The results are beautiful, especially the cabinets, which the company makes to order. By the way, I already gave a review very soon after they completed the work.

From the salesman who came by to discuss budget and options to the installers who gave me daily updates on their progress, I had a very positive experience.

I am very satisfied with the windows in my home. The two window installers Travis and Heath were amazing. They installed all of my windows in 6 hours. I cannot say enough about these two. Not only their hard work but both Travis and Heath were so pleasant and professional. They are a real asset to this company. I am very happy with this entire project. -Pat.

The Salesman was very informative and friendly. This is a great local Family company. I was quoted a great price, and financing was easily available. The line of windows and patio doors are outstanding. I have noticed a big difference in my heating bills. The outside noise is suppressed. The window installers were professional and did a fantastic job. They also did a great job in the cleanup. I would recommend this Company to everyone.

I enjoyed the fact it was a family company with many years of experience. The windows are top of the line, and the installation was very professional. The window crew was very polite, and did a wonderful clean up. The windows have performed exactly as stated by the company. Our home is now extremely warm and the noise has been drastically reduced. The windows look beautiful and have great secruity features. The patio door even has a 4 bolt locking system. The finished window also have beautiful trim on the outside. This is a fantastic family company with great products and installers. I highly recommend them!!

THE INSTALLER CALLED TO LET ME KNOW HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO MEASURE. I WAS LEAVING FOR WORK. MY HOME IS SURROUNDED BY A FENCE WITH A LOCKED GATE. HE WAS INCREDIBLY RUDE SO I CALLED & ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO MEASURE, & TO MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS WITH ME SO I COULD UNLOCK THE GATE. THEY SENT THEIR GENERAL MANAGER, KEN. I CHANGED SOME OF THE ORDER. I WANTED FRENCH DOORS, & CHANGED THE GRID STYLE ON THE FRONT WINDOW. THE 1ST ORDER WAS COMPLETELY WRONG - WRONG COLOR - THEY RE-ORDERED. THE 2ND ORDER THE MANUFACTURE WAS WRONG ON WINDOWS, THE GRIDS WERE WRONG, & THE FRENCH DOORS A STANDARD PATIO DOOR. KEN, THEIR GM STARTED TALKING DOWN TO ME. HE TRIED TO TELL ME THE PATIO DOOR WAS FRENCH. HE WAS TO SEND INFORMATION ON THE UV RATING FOR THE WINDOWS THEY SENT VS THE WINDOWS I ORDERED. HE DIDN'T. I ENDED UP CANCELING THE FRENCH DOORS BECAUSE OF THE ENORMOUS HASSLE. IT WAS FRUSTRATING! I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! I FELT KEN WAS DISHONEST! BEWARE!
