Description of Work: Removed paint drops left by a contractor who did not use dropcloths. Heavy paint was several months old. Pavement had been power-washed just before paint got on it, so without a layer of grime in between, it was quite difficult to remove. JZ used a special treatment and techniques plus a lot of effort, and it is ALL gone! Will probably try their window-washing services next time I need that done.
