At first I thought the additional payment was too much, but I watched the work and saw what was necessary to get the concrete really clean. The worker was extremely professional and paid very close attention to every detail. First he covered the areas with a power scrubber, then went back over it with the pressure hose. He went back again, seeking places that needed extra attention. The wall was very tricky because of embedded agates, and I was surprised at how careful he was to get as much of the leftover mortar blasted away but not damage the rocks. Worth every penny I paid.

The results are fantastic, much better than using my small electric pressure washer.

I was so surprised at how good it looked. I have been in this home for 20 yrs and have never had the concrete pressure washed. It was beautiful and so clean! I would definitely hire JZ Brothers Services again. They did a great job!

Jose cleaned the gutters, checked the roof, and used a blower to remove all debris. I have used JZ Brothers Services several times and they always do a great job. I will be using them again for clean-up in September.

Easy, prompt communication prior to the job via text and phone calls; crew showed up when they said they would, were friendly and professional, and did a great job removing several big piles of debris we had on our property. They were fast but not careless, and they left every stick picked up and the ground clean! They had to come back later in the week because the debris didn't all fit into their vehicle the first time...they returned and cleaned everything up perfectly. Rare to find such reliable and friendly service these days. SO happy and will hire again.

Went well. Carlos did an amazing job and cleaned up completely after he was done. Garden and side of house looked cleaner than when he started. And he did in half a day what would have taken me 2 days to do. Very good job done.

It was fine. I liked that they did the job they were paid to do, which is often times not the case. I think they did a good job at clearing what needed to be cleared. There were more of them than I anticipated, but that wasn't a problem. They got the work done in the two or three hours that they were hired for. I don't really have any complaints about them. The scheduling got a little weird, but it is summer and I know how that works with landscaping businesses. There was just one worker I thought should have stayed in the truck. He may have been a trainee, I don't know, he didn't do anything. Overall the work was done and it was fine.

They were very responsive, quick and thorough. the first job cost us $450, the trimming came to 350.

It went really good. We did pay extra charges because the job was bigger than the deal allowed for. They were very communicative about when they were going to be there and who was going to be there. Also very upfront that there might be extra charges.

It was pretty good after I got them scheduled. It took me forever to get it scheduled. I bought the deal back in April and I wasn't able to schedule it until July. It went up a little because they hauled some stuff away. It wasn't bad. They did a good job clearing some ivy and blackberries from the back. My only complaint was that it was very difficult to get them scheduled. one time they cancelled. They were going to come early in the morning and they called and said they couldn't be there until 3. I had something to do so we had to reschedule. I think we rescheduled twice. They did get there when they finally said they would. They were very professional. They did a great job. I would have loved to have it done earlier. They got it done in a time frame and they were able to handle it
