Jose came to do our job. He called and asked if he could come early, which was fine. He got here on time and went right to work. Jose is a delightful, diligent, friendly and courteous worker. He did a beautiful job and even secured the star to the fireplace so it wouldn’t get blown down. He even brought in our Christmas tree, making sure to take his shoes off so as not to dirty our just cleaned floors. He told us they would take down the lights when we were ready for half the installation price. He cleaned up and finished quickly and all in the rain. We would absolutely hire him again!

We could not find an agreeable time; the coupon through Angie's List was strictly for putting the lights up; there would be additional charges to remove the lights. There seemed to be a catch to this -- it was too good to be true. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back. Since I have only a "basic" membership, I get no customer service by phone. I'm told to go to some invisible chat button so that this can be sorted out. Sheesh!

This is my second time to use JZ Brothers. I'm amazed at their promptness, professionalism, and dedication to getting the job done right. I guess like most people I've become used to contractors who get lazy about showing up or doing a good job, and that's where these folks excel. They are truly conscientious.

Very pleased with their work, did a nice neat trimming job. Left everything on property clean.

Overall they did well and I am satisfied. They didn't bring or forgot a ladder even though they were told hedge height was 8 ft. Assistant Trimmer was slow but deliberate. Result looks good but wanted them to take it down a little more.

Hired them once on an Angie's deal. The work done was outstanding. I hired them again before they left for the following week. They will be my yard guys going forward!

They came by on a Saturday and I showed the appraiser what worked needed to be done. They send me an appraisal early the next week and set and installation date the following week. They showed up bright and early and completed the work by the end of the day. They did an excellent job. They did everything promised and the work was top notch.
