Great!! On time, performed excellent work and quick as well! I will absolutely use them again.

It went good. The gutters seem to be in better working condition. They left the pine needles and debris all over the decks and patios. I had to do quite a bit of clean up after they left. I would advise them to bring a blower to clear the lower surfaces of leaves and pine needles.

Very thoughtful in assessing what work needed to be done. Showed why gutter was leaking and repaired. Do not know yet if repair worked but trust they would address it if not based on my interactions.

I requested Christmas lights to be installed around the 2nd story gutter line and around the 1st floor garage gutter line. JZ Brothers did a great job. The lights were put up nice and straight. Friendly service. I will definitely use them again.

Okay - ended up being very expensive for basic service..., found out what "...after first 100 linear feet actually cost, and a service in corners was not done as he said, but he went back up and did some of the leak sealant

The work that was completed was done well. I originally bought the Angie’s List coupon for this business because it said debris removal was included. When the workers arrived they told me debris was not included. He did call his boss who said there had been a problem with the listing and only a certain amount of removal was included. It ended up that we only needed that amount but the company should have contacted me before about the error. Also, even though I contacted them the day I bought the service they could not fit me into the schedule until a month later.

Excellent service and quality work - the Christmas lights look great. Even though JZ Brothers was overwhelmed with work requests upon offering a special coupon on Angie's list, they staffed up and worked over the weekends to ensure everyone who had purchased the deal would get their lights up in a timely manner. Jose was very friendly and worked fast!

I scheduled both jobs on the same day and they sent 2 nice men. They were here before 8AM, the scheduled time. They were efficient and went to work immediately Some of the leaves were from the previous year. The biggest yard that doesn't have grass is nice and neat now. They were finished in the time allotted. I would use again.

Company showed up on time, counted windows and let us know how much add'l ones would add to the cost, which was very reasonable. 2 men got to work & did a wonderful job with very little disruption to the household. Well worth the cost! Very impressed with the crew and will consider using them for other jobs in the future.

Went well and Jose is a perfectionist! He was professional, polite, and and accepted instructions and requests. His wife is as good in the office, and his brother has done for work for us before. This is a family business that is equal to any support we give them!

He took about three hours to do the job and when he was finished there was no sign that work has been done, only sparkly windows

This is an update to my previous two reviews. For information on the cleaning services, see those. This review is about what happened after. When I posted my updated review about the permanent damage to my windshield, JZ brothers contacted me and told me they would pay to replace the windshield. As directed, I got a quote to replace the windshield. My car is a 2017 and requires OEM glass because of the camera system involved, so the cost of the windshield and labor was ~$1,000. I was told they would check with management to clear it. A few days went by, and I called again. They said they were still waiting for management to approve. I was getting frustrated at this point and thinking that although they offered to replace it, the price was too high and they were stalling. With that in mind, I called them and said I would accept a lower cash reimbursement. $300 lower. They readily accepted and told me they would mail me a form to sign saying that this reimbursement would finish the issue and I wouldn't continue with it. I was fine with that. A week later I received the paper, filled it out, and returned it to the address provided me. That was three weeks ago. I emailed them asking if they'd received it, and they responded promptly saying no. I then asked if they could just send me a digital copy that I could print, sign, scan, and send back to them. I've still not received a response. That was yesterday. The cleaning services were fine, and JZ brothers did pay for a car detail after to clear up the liquid marks on my car that wouldn't come off with a regular wash. But there is still permanent damage, and JZ brothers has refused to remedy this situation in a timely manner. I have been very patient with them, but that patience is at an end.
