 + -1 moreAgain, no complaints about Ken. He doesn't set the prices. But $400 for labor? Ken even answered a few additional questions. I give him an A++
Description of Work: Ken came out on short notice. Charged $69 for a service call. He was super nice and very professional. The estimate was $440 to replace a simple part that was $38 at Grovers. I did it with the help of my neighbor in 10 minutes.
