Mr. Handyman of Vancouver, Camas, & Ridgefield

Please be cautious when considering this service. I contacted Mr. Handyman and provided them with a detailed list and photographs of the work that needed to be completed. Despite this, they failed to complete all of the tasks that were outlined in the quote. Additionally, I provided all of the necessary supplies, yet I was presented with a bill for over $800. This amount was excessive considering that the total labor time was approximately four hours. The work that was completed included installing a shower curtain rod, repairing two small holes in the wall (each about the size of a silver dollar), and painting a small section of the ceiling (approximately one foot in length) with paint that did not match the existing color. In fairness, I must acknowledge that they did issue a partial refund of $125 after numerous phone calls. However, based on my experience, I would not recommend their services.

Working with Mr. Handyman was a great experience, specially working with Larry he was very helpful in every aspect. The work was done well and very quick even with the weather we have up here. His customer service was amazing answering every concern and question I had about the work. Best of all it felt like friends were helping and not just another contractor.

Mr. Handiman was very professional . Carol, his wife who handles customer service , was very helpful and detailed oriented over the phone. He did a great job repairing the insulation we needed to have done.!!

Carol and Larry handled the customer service very well, explaining the details and expenses of our project. We had a metal roof installed over our back deck. The roof looks great. The project took a couple of days longer than estimated but came in under budget. Thank you for all your hard work Art! We are happy as can be.
